While each Discover is a bit different based on who comes and the types of questions that are asked, we'll have a light breakfast and coffee in a relaxed environment where one of our pastors will unpack
who we are, what we believe, and where we're going.
We view Discover NorthEast as the beginning of a conversation that's unique to you. Whether your Next Step is to join a group, to start serving, or to become a member, we're here to help!
What sort of Next Steps are there?
We're thrilled that you're already considering how to engage in the life of our church! We have all kinds of Next Steps, but we're less interested in just filling spots or stuffing groups, and more interested in leveraging gifts and forging relationships.
That's why coming to Discover is so helpful; it provides a personal connection as you find your place in the church.

How do I become a Member?
Belonging to a church is more than attendance—it’s partnership in the mission.
At NorthEast, membership isn’t about joining a club; it’s about joining a family. Members commit to follow Jesus, grow in community, and live on mission together. We believe the church thrives when every person belongs, serves, and gives generously to build God’s Kingdom.
If you’re ready to take that step, Membership is open to all who:
- Have been baptized.
- Are in agreement with our Statement of Beliefs and are committed to following Jesus and living out His teachings in Biblical community.
- Desire to use their gifts, skillsets, abilities, and resources to help propel the mission of NorthEast.
